    Preparing a delicious roulade, a juicy roast or several racks of spare ribs at once? With the Big Green Egg Ribs and Roasting Rack, you can get even more out of your kamado! This multifunctional stainless steel rack can be used in two ways and makes preparing large cuts of meat much easier.
    Use the rack upright as a V-rack to securely hold large cuts of meat, roulades or a whole chicken in place. Thanks to its elevated position, hot air can circulate properly around your dish, allowing the meat to cook evenly. The rack is suitable for roasts weighing up to approximately 5 kg.
