    Product description

    Picanha (also known as rump steak or rump cap) is a delicious cut of meat to cook low and slow. Since the meat is already very flavorful, it needs little in the way of seasoning or rub. A little salt and pepper is often all it needs. We prefer to prepare it on the BBQ. We find this cut of meat tastes best when an internal temperature of 48 degrees has been reached (then let it continue cooking in aluminium foil until it reaches 52 degrees).
