    With the Pit Boss Meat Probes, you can accurately monitor the internal temperature of your meat without constantly opening the lid of your BBQ or smoker. You connect the probes directly to a Pit Boss grill or smoker with a digital meat-probe connection, after which you can monitor the temperature via the control panel.

    The set contains 2 probes, allowing you to monitor the temperature of two pieces of meat at the same time. Each probe is 15.2 cm long and fitted with a 122 cm heat-resistant cable. Ideal for brisket, pulled pork, chicken or a beautiful cut of steak.

    This makes it easy to keep control of the internal temperature during both long and short cooking sessions, without letting unnecessary heat and smoke escape from your BBQ.
