    Product description

Want more control over the temperature in your kamado? With the The Bastard Half Moon Plate Setter Stone Large Black, you can easily create an indirect cooking zone in your The Bastard Large! This semi-circular ceramic stone shields food from the direct heat of the charcoal, allowing you to cook meat, fish and vegetables slowly and evenly. Ideal for low & slow cooking, smoking salmon or slowly preparing a delicious cut of meat. Combined with the The Bastard Multilevel Cooking System Large, you can cook indirectly on one side and grill directly on the other. The black ceramic stone is also useful as a replacement if your current half-moon stone is damaged or lost. You will receive one individual stone, without a frame or grates. A practical addition for anyone who wants to get even more out of their The Bastard Large!
