      Product description

Want more control over the temperature in your kamado? With the The Bastard Half Moon Plate Setter Stone Medium 30 cm Black, you can easily create an indirect cooking zone in your The Bastard Medium! This semicircular ceramic stone shields the direct heat from the charcoal, allowing you to cook meat, fish and vegetables gently and evenly. Ideal for low & slow cooking, smoking salmon or slowly preparing a delicious piece of meat. Combined with the The Bastard Multilevel Cooking System Medium, you can cook indirectly on one side and grill directly on the other. The black ceramic stone is also useful as a replacement if your current half-moon stone is damaged or lost. You will receive one loose stone, without a frame or grates. A practical upgrade for anyone who wants to get even more out of their The Bastard Medium!
