    This is not caused by the meat, but by a lack of control. The Grill Master Cast Iron Burger Press is made of solid cast iron and works with weight instead of manual pressure. You need to apply less pressure yourself, allowing the burger to stay flat and cook evenly.

    Why weight works better than pressing
